Embark on a Transformative Journey: Becoming a Guiding Light in Life's Transitions
Apprenticeship & Integration — Becoming the Work
This is not another training. It’s an initiation into your own becoming.
Here, you are no longer studying the work — you are practicing it, living it, shaping it.
You’ll enter a one-on-one apprenticeship designed for practitioners ready to deepen their skills, refine their presence, and begin to build or expand their own grief-informed, justice-centered practice.
What this level includes
Mentored Practice. You’ll engage in real or simulated work—such as grief companioning, ritual facilitation, or group process—receiving structured feedback and reflective supervision.
Integration & Embodiment. We focus on coherence—aligning what you know, what you teach, and how you live. The goal is integrity between intellect, spirit, body, and practice.
Ritual Design & Facilitation. You’ll develop and lead your own ritual or group process rooted in the Re-Membering framework and womanist, liberative principles.
Ethics, Boundaries & Cultural Humility. We’ll deepen your capacity to hold grief responsibly, across difference, without replicating harm.
Professional & Business Development. Together, we’ll translate your calling into structure—clarifying your offerings, pricing, marketing ethics, and sustainable rhythms of work and rest.
Legacy & Renewal. You’ll craft your path for continued growth—how to sustain this work without burning out, how to mentor others, and how to remain accountable to community.
